Brenda Mallory, an environmental law expert, is a veteran of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ). During President Obama’s administration, Mallory provided general counsel to the administration and worked to protect public lands, reduce carbon pollution, and address climate injustice.
If confirmed, Mallory will assist the Biden administration in its plan to tackle the climate crisis, build resilient communities, and put the interests of people and the environment first.
